These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Bookings and Quotes

  • All quotes are free and based on the information you provide.

  • Final pricing may change if the condition or size of the property differs from what was described.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after written or verbal acceptance by Always Clean.

2. Access and Requirements

  • Clients must ensure safe and legal access to the property on the agreed date and time.

  • Power and running water must be available for all cleans.

  • If entry is not possible, a call-out fee may apply.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • A cancellation fee of $50 may apply for short-notice cancellations or missed appointments.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may incur full charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept EFT, card, or cash. Bank details are provided on request or invoice.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee and collection costs.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on bond cleaning and other full-service cleans.

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will re-clean reported issues at no additional charge where appropriate.

6. Bond Cleaning Conditions

  • Bond cleaning services follow a checklist based on standard rental requirements.

  • We are not liable for claims relating to damage or wear not caused by us.

  • We do not guarantee bond refunds where pre-existing damage or excessive wear is present.

7. Liability

  • Always Clean is fully insured. We are liable for damage directly caused by our staff, provided it is reported immediately.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to poor condition, pre-existing issues, or fragile items not removed prior to cleaning.

8. Use of Products and Equipment

  • We use industry-standard, eco-friendly products.

  • If you have allergies or specific product requests, please inform us before the service.

9. Privacy

  • All personal information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

  • We never sell or share your information and only use it for service-related communication. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms
